1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3 Prices and payment methods
All prices include the statutory value added tax. The shipping costs are calculated individually according to the destination and communicated before the contract is concluded. Payment is made by prepayment, PayPal or credit card.

4 Delivery and dispatch
Delivery is made individually by agreement. The shipping costs depend on the respective object and are only calculated after the place of dispatch has been determined.

5. right of cancellation
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalised products.

6. reservation of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

All images and content are subject to copyright. Any unauthorised use requires express written permission.

8. place of jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Munich.
