Refund policy

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last goods. The customer is responsible for returning the goods.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements (e.g. personalised works of art).
